- (2.1) WHAT TYPES OF DATA WE COLLECT –
When you use our services, you accept that our company collects some of your personal data. This page is intended to tell us what data we collect, why and how we use it.
We treat two types of data:

When you register to the Gallery we ask you to provide us with some data to be able to use our service, these are for example email and password.
If you provide personal data of third parties, such as those of your family or friends, you must be sure that these subjects have been adequately informed and have consented to the related processing in the manner described by this statement.
If you are under the age of 16, you can not provide us with any personal data and you can not register, and in any case we do not assume any responsibility for any false statements that you provide. Should we notice the existence of untruthful declarations, we will proceed with the immediate cancellation of any personal data acquired.
We are in no case responsible for what is declared, written or sent by users, who assume all civil and criminal liability.
N.B. THE REGISTRATION OF AN ACCOUNT IS NOT NECESSARY TO VIEW OR TO DOWNLOAD THE CROSS STITCH PATTERNS, IT IS ONLY NECESSARY TO UPLOAD YOUR OWN MADE PATTERNS.
N.B. THE REGISTRATIORN OF AN ACCOUNT TO GALLERY STARTS WITH AN EMAIL REQUEST TO BE SENT TO THE EMAIL THAT IS FOUND AT THE BOTTOM PAGE.
- (2.4) DATA THAT WE COLLECT AUTOMATICALLY –
We collect the following data using the services you use:
- technical data: for example IP address, type of browser, information on your computer, data on the current (approximate) position of the instrument you are using;

- (2.5) HOW WE USE THE DATA COLLECTED –
We use your data to guarantee your access to our services and their provision, including access to a Reserved Area on the Gallery and the possibility to upload your own made patterns.
We also use them for analytical purposes, through third-party service Google Analytics, which you can read the Privacy Policy above, in any case the data will be retained within the time limits established by the EU Regulation.
- (2.6) IS THE CONFERENCE OF DATA IS OBLIGATORY? –
The provision of personal data is mandatory only for the processing necessary for the provision of services offered, including access to a Reserved Area on the Gallery and the possibility to upload your own made patterns.
- (2.7) WHO ARE THE SUBJECTS OF THE TREATMENT? –
The data controller is Michele Marino, you can contact him via email at the bottom of the page, your request will be processed in a maximum of 72 hours.
- (2.8) HOW CAN YOU HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT DATA, CHANGE IT, DELETE IT OR HAVE A COPY? –
You can, at any time, view your personal data in your private area.
- (2.9) EXPORT AND CANCELLATION OF PERSONAL DATA (RIGHT TO THE OBLE) –
To export your personal data (takeout) or request its cancellation you can send a request to the email address at the bottom of the page.
Your personal data will be exported within 30 days or, in case the export becomes particularly complex, within three months.
A confirmation of receipt request will be sent in a maximum of 72 hours to the applicant and the cancellation will be made within the expected technical times. N.B. YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR CROSS STITCH PATTERNS WILL BE DELETED AND THE USER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE THE LOGIN NEVER AGAIN.
- (2.10) HOW AND HOW LONG YOUR DATA WILL BE PRESERVED? –
The automatically collected data will be stored within the time limits set by the EU Regulation. The data provided by the user will be retained until the user himself requests explicit cancellation. as explained above.
- (2.11) HOW DO WE ASSURE THE PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA? –
The data in our possession will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances.
Your data will be stored according to the directives of the EU Regulation, and as foreseen by it, in case of intrusion or theft they will be communicated to the Competent Authorities within 72 hours from the knowledge of the fact.
